Save-Transfer / Validation Utility

MEOW is the standalone Raccu save-transfer and validation utility for Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate / 3G workflows. Its purpose is transfer correctness, structure validation, and alignment with official transfer behavior.

This v1.1 release distributes the standalone MEOW application and its tool-specific documents. It adds experimental MH3G JP transfer support for 3DS and Wii U in both directions, adds MH3G Charm Table editing, fixes a confirmed card identity overwrite issue, and keeps MEOW focused on transfer correctness, validation, and legally owned game contexts.

MEOW is not a generic save editor, cheat editor, or shortcut around official save structure rules. It is a transfer and validation utility for legally owned game contexts.

MEOW is distributed as a standalone Raccu tool. Keep transfer direction, source title, target title, region, and expected save state explicit so assumptions remain visible instead of hidden behind silent correction.

No redistribution or reuse of any kind: no mirrors, no partial re-uploads, no modified or downsized variants, and no reuse of this tool package or its assets in other packs, tool bundles, or projects without explicit permission. Personal edits are allowed for private use only and must not be shared. Please share the official Raccu release page or official Raccu link instead.

MEOW v1.1 is the current public tool release.

  • Made every folder Browse button open at that field's own current path instead of the last globally used folder.
  • Added an experimental MH3G transfer notice below the transfer log and made it wrap to the active UI language.
  • Added experimental MH3G JP save transfer support for 3DS and Wii U in both directions.
  • Added MH3G Charm Table editing.
  • Fixed Charm Table editing to update all four active seed words and detect mixed blocks.
  • Fixed a confirmed card identity overwrite issue in supported transfer paths.

MEOW v1.0 was rereleased after alignment with the Raccu design line. This release added the Charm Table Editor while keeping MEOW framed as a standalone save-transfer and validation utility for MH3U / MH3G workflows, not as a generic editor or gameplay manipulation tool.
